It doesn’t sound like much, but being on your feet all day puts a lot of pressure and stress on your body. There are plenty of working people who are on their feet all day and are dealing with pain and discomfort when they really don’t have to.
No matter what your job is, ensuring that you are well equipped to work on your feet and you know when to put up some boundaries in your role is important. With this in mind, we’ve got some top tips to help you to be comfortable while you are at work.

- Get your shoes fitted correctly. Too many people wear shoes that are far too small for them, this cuts off the circulation to their feet and increases the chance of blisters. It can also make walking or standing very uncomfortable and it can even later be unbearable if you’re not careful.
