Giveaway Policy



Thanks so much for giving One Unique Queen the opportunity to host a giveaway of your product or service. Here are the policies that you need to be aware of:

When hosting a giveaway, we prefer to have tried the item first, so we are not “recommending” something blindly. If you’re interested in a giveaway, we request that one item be sent to us (in conjunction with a review post) and one to give away to our readers.

Shipping the prize directly to the winner is the responsibility of the sponsor unless another arrangement is agreed upon prior to the giveaway start. A tracking number would be helpful to assure the winner their prize is on the way. If in the event that the sponsor wants us to ship out the prizes, we require the company to send us a second (2nd) unused item of the product along with a paid shipping package.

Giveaways will run for a minimum of three (3) weeks, unless otherwise requested by the sponsor prior to the giveaway start.

Sponsor must provide a link to their website plus any fan pages (Facebook, Twitter, etc.…) that they would like to be included in the giveaway.

Winners will be notified via email by us and we’ll forward their contact information to the sponsor for shipment of their prize.

If the sponsor fails to ship out the prize to the winner, we will take down the post and explain why it was taken down (ex: 123 sponsor refused to ship prize out to the winner). We will then notify other bloggers of the sponsor so they may not work with said sponsor in the future. This may be harsh but this must be done to ensure that our readers can have a positive experience in a giveaway.

Giveaways will be posted (promoted) on the blog, Facebook and Twitter.

E-mailed pictures of the giveaway is helpful but if those are not available the sponsor must allow me to use pictures from their website.
