My Dove Body Love Review:

Honestly, I was unsure of this product at first. I never knew there was such a thing as a pre-body wash. I’m just used to hopping in the shower and washing up with my body wash. Anyways, this pre-cleanser shower butter is pretty much the equivalent of double cleansing your face. So with that being said, I found that taking this extra step in my shower routine has left my body feeling super silky soft and it lasted for hours. I was actually quite impressed!! I love the smell and how easy it is to use. The only downside is that the jar can be a bit hard to open once in the shower because of the wetness. So just be sure before your hands are wet open the jar. I’d prefer if the body butter came in a pump form. Overall, with this pre-cleanser shower butter I was happy with the turnout.

Now onto this cleanser. I love how this made my skin feel. It left my body feeling soft and moisturized and it didn’t leave any residue behind. Which is awesome!! I love how it was gentle on my skin. I love the fact that it lathers up pretty nice to give you that nice, evenly wash throughout your body. You don’t need to use a lot of it as a little does goes along way. It washes off easily. The scent was pleasantly nice and wasn’t overpowering. Overall, I enjoyed using this cleanser and would definitely buy again!

Overall on both products, I enjoyed using them. Together, they both left my body feeling silky smoother and left my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day. I definitely would recommend this product especially to those who have dried skin and/or concerned about aging skin.
